Let me begin with a heavy heart.

I personally know people who had once committed their wealth, time, and lives solely to Islamic student activism, trusting only in Allah.
Today, I saw two such former Shibir members posting on Facebook in support of NCP, saying things like “One day, NCP will rise.”

Let me say this again: You may not like my words—but that doesn’t bother me.
When a new party emerges, the hypocrites emerge with it.
Let more parties come—only to expose and eliminate these hypocrites.

Why am I saying this?

Look into the lives of those singing NCP’s praise after July 5, and you’ll often find their personal integrity—especially financial integrity—has collapsed. I’m not generalizing about everyone, but many of them clearly never understood what Islamic activism truly meant.

And if you’re from Shibir, ask yourselves—why the rush in recruiting people without reflection?

I Speak Not as a Partisan—But as a Conscious Muslim

This is not about supporting or opposing a party.
I write today as a Muslim, aware of his responsibilities.

NCP is now walking in the very footsteps of the Awami League.
Former Shibir members are sadly feeding and fattening this new so-called “revolutionary” group.

And before I end this article—I will curse them, without hesitation.

The Truth About Awami League, Mujib, and the Liberation War

Let me be clear—I am not one of those who deny the role of Awami League or Mujib in the Liberation War.
Especially the role of the four national leaders, which—based on credible sources—was more active than even that of Sheikh Mujib himself.

From multiple reliable books (including one written by Tajuddin Ahmad’s daughter), I came to understand that Mujib never really wanted to declare independence.
He wanted to gain control over a united Pakistan, not break it apart.

The real drive behind Bangladesh’s nationalism and the declaration of independence came from people like Major Ziaur Rahman and a few other brave men.
Let’s be blunt: If the country hadn’t split, Pakistan would have hanged Zia. But they would never have executed Mujib.

The Hijacking of Liberation Legacy

Mujib and the Awami League have made one grave mistake—
by sidelining those with real contributions to the war, they claimed undue credit and thus turned a glorious struggle into a subject of political controversy.

And now, history is repeating itself.

Just as the Awami League capitalized solely on the ‘71 narrative, NCP is now doing the same with July 2024.

Denying Stakeholders of the Revolution: A Disaster in the Making

NCP treats the July revolution like it’s their private inheritance.
By ignoring the real stakeholders of the movement, they’re laying the foundation for future catastrophe.

One political force implemented India’s agenda.
Now another seems to be preparing to implement that of the West.

The Truth About Quota Reform and Hasina’s Fall

To the quota reform coordinator Nahid—I want to say clearly:

The fall of Hasina did not occur under your leadership.
The fall of Hasina happened through the united efforts of millions of Islamic-minded and nationalist Bangladeshi youth and citizens.

Don’t confuse the coordination of quota reforms with leading a nationwide uprising.

Red Alert: The Erasure of Shibir’s Role

If a party rises while actively denying the undeniable contributions of Shibir in this movement, then that is not just ingratitude—it’s a red alert for Islamic forces in Bangladesh.

Let’s leave Dhaka aside for a moment.
In my own town of Noakhali, on a Friday, when no one else came out, Shibir alone led the streets. I saw it with my own eyes.
No one else was there.

So no, this post is not about glorifying Shibir—it’s about warning you about what’s coming.

The Rise of NCP Is a Threat to Islamic Identity

Be warned about NCP. Do not support their formation.

Figures like Tasnim Jara, Nasir Uddin Patwari, and soon Mahfuz (undoubtedly) are clearly part of it.
They’ve already begun executing an invisible script: removing two former Shibir leaders from leadership, placing known Islamophobic figures in advisory roles…

With rising tensions over China, pressure from India and the U.S., and the war in Arakan—
Think carefully. Who are you really supporting?

No Shared Values, No Shared Vision

There is no social, religious, or ideological overlap between Islamic activists and NCP’s intellectual base.

The reality of Bangladeshi politics is becoming clearer every day:
whether it’s BNP or NCP—Islamic forces will eventually have to confront them both.

And trust me—NCP will be even more dangerous than BNP, because BNP’s grassroots may be disorderly, but they’re not institutionally Islamophobic.

To those working to empower these ungrateful forces—
May Allah guide you and give you wisdom.

But if through your support they establish a force that advances an anti-Islamic, Westernized agenda—
Then I pray that Allah’s curse descends on your graves—whether you are alive or dead.

This dirty political game to block Shibir from participating in the upcoming DAKSU election—
It will fail, In Sha Allah.

Even if all false forces unite—
We are ready, with full tawakkul on Allah and the dream of martyrdom,
to ignite another revolution.
